45 y/o female who wanted fuller and higher breasts Due to low nipple position with grade three ptosis, it was explained to her that it would be safer to offer her a two staged sugery to lower risk of complication and provide her with optimal outcome of surgical results. She agreed to have the breast lift first and then the implants at a later date.
